Personal Quarks, Peeves and Obsessions

Well... I breached the gates of the coveted 2,000 page views and... quite frankly I don't know how it happened. I haven't posted anything since that last journal post in... -browses for date- ah yes, July 19, 2000 and bloody 7. I will be posting some stuff soon -pauses to let the resounding laughter of reader to subside- True... It'll probably be utter tripe but hey, that's what I do best. I suppose my lack of dedication to my poor DA account could be blamed on my oppressive college schedule but that would be copping out.... oh what the heck that's what I do best. I hereby state that everything that I have not done in the past six months is not my fault. I recently acquired the Adobe CS3 suite and my skills with Photoshop are slowly improving so I'm hoping to try out some digital painting. As an exercise in both writing and discipline I also intend to update my journal at least once a month. Perhaps I'll start reviewing games... -ponders-

Also, if you have a half decent computer and the slightest interest in an incredible game with excellent game design wonderful writing then play Portal... really go play it now...

Tris:Well I can't believe it but I've actually reached 10,000 pageviews. A big thanks to all of you out there who have helped the numbers creep up to the undeniably sus-- excuse me--AUSpicious date. *sniff* I'd also like to thank the academy... and my parents... and Bill, and Steve, and that guy in the front row, and... *turns to franticly waving MC* what is it?... whatdaya mean I only have ONE thousand pageviews? I saw a 12 year old yesterday with TWENTY thousand pageviews and the only thing he had was a doodle of Harry and Ginny snogging on the corner of his math homework! You could still see the math problem, which he got wrong by the way, and you're telling me that I only have one... thousand... hits? *throws up hands in disgust* I'm outta here...

Sorry guys It's 1am and I just started typing, I really am appreciative of all those who've visited my page, and those of you who've deigned to watch my stumbling journey toward artistic competence. Here's to another thousand... or two, or three!
